In case you can’t read that (or in the case of the bottom 2 pictures – the caption is cut off…) Those captions all say “before” and “after.” I snapped this in the midst of hundreds of people walking through a subway station, and since nobody noticed (or cared) that I had a camera, I only had a split second to get it!
Regardless, this is without a doubt the best plastic surgery ad I have ever seen in my entire life.
